Description
Pim Seng Mun Mango originates from Thailand and is usually consumed as a ripe green like crunchy apple. Fruits are small to medium sized, yellow when ripe and oblong, sigmoid shape. The medium-bodied flesh is light yellow, with some fiber and very sweet when ripe, with a typical Thai mango blossom and honey character and a lack of acidity. The seed is polyembryonic.
